Our Magnesium Oil Spray is a great way to increase your magnesium levels without the harshness of an oral supplement. The oil is hand-crafted in small batches with all natural ingredients. We recommend applying the oil to less sensitive areas, such as your neck, back, or feet to start. Once your magnesium levels have increased, you should be able to apply the oil to any muscles or joints before bed.
